Lots and lots of lettuce: freckles, mizuna, kale, arugula, bulls blood beet greens, swiss chard, & mustard greens. Bok Choy, pea pods, kohlrobi, turnips, onions...it was a plentiful harvest. The last picture was our lunch: one gigantic, succulent salad of fresh, organic veggies picked that morning! Oh, my my. The life I'm living!
